We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to provide comprehensive human resources support across the full employee lifecycle for a designated region. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance tracking, and offboarding processes. This is a Contract position based in Dublin, California, this opportunity offers the chance to partner with regional leadership and ensure HR operations are efficient, compliant, and employee-focused.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate leave management processes, including documentation, reporting, and facilitating return-to-work or light-duty arrangements
Administer HR tasks such as attendance monitoring, leave of absence requests, and annual performance evaluations while providing support to managers in handling employee relations matters
Assist in conducting employee investigations, ensuring proper documentation, and applying company policies effectively
Maintain accurate employee records, track certifications and training requirements, and ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
Oversee offboarding procedures, including resignations and terminations, removal of system access, and conducting exit interviews
Analyze turnover trends and share actionable insights with leadership to support strategic decision-making
Serve as a resource for employees and managers, addressing HR-related inquiries and offering guidance on company policies
Support benefit administration processes and oversee HRIS systems to ensure accurate data management
Collaborate with leadership to promote a positive work environment and address regional HR needs effectively
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience at the HR Generalist level, including employee relations, HR administration, and compliance
Proficiency in HRIS systems, with experience in platforms such as Paylocity
Strong knowledge of leave administration processes, including leave of absence policies and procedures
Demonstrated ability to manage onboarding, offboarding, and benefit administration functions
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and track certifications and training
Familiarity with compliance requirements and employment regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with employees and regional leadership
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
