Job Description

Seeking an experienced HR Generalist with 3-5 years of Human Resources experience to support a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in employment laws, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively partner with employees and leadership to support organizational goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Serve as a resource for employee relations matters, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns
  • Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with leave management
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Support performance management, employee development, and training initiatives
  • Process employee status changes, promotions, transfers, and terminations
  • Partner with payroll to ensure accurate employee information and reporting
  • Assist with policy development, implementation, and HR best practices
  • Generate HR reports and analyze workforce metrics
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience supporting multiple HR disciplines
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, benefits, recruiting, and employment law
  • Experience handling confidential employee information with discretion
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

Nice to have

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar HR certification
  • Experience supporting multi-state employees
  • Background in payroll, compliance, and leave administration
