We’re hiring an HR Generalist based in our São Paulo office to support our growing team in Brazil and work closely with our global People function. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to the business—supporting hiring, people operations, and office life while helping a fast-growing tech company scale with intention.
Job Responsibility:
Support recruiting efforts, including sourcing coordination, interviews, and offer processes
Own employee onboarding and create a strong, welcoming first experience for new hires and visitors
Manage core HR operations in Brazil, including contracts, compliance, labor law requirements, and policies
Partner with the People team on employee programs, tools, and process rollouts
Plan and support internal events, trainings, and workshops
Help keep the office running smoothly by supporting day-to-day office operations and coordination
Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, ensuring a positive and well-organized people experience
Requirements:
Degree from a strong academic institution
4+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a similar role
Comfortable working across recruiting, operations, and employee experience
Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor law, compliance, and HR best practices
Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset
Adaptable, curious, and motivated to build and improve processes
Comfortable working onsite 4 days per week in São Paulo
Nice to have:
Experience in a tech or high-growth environment is a plus
