We are seeking a motivated Human Resources / Talent Acquisition professional to support recruiting, employee engagement, onboarding, HR administration, and workforce planning initiatives. This role will partner with leadership and hiring managers to attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent while ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Job Responsibility
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing
Coordinate interviews, offer letters, background checks, and onboarding activities
Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and compliant
Support employee relations, engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives
Assist with benefits administration, HR reporting, and compliance activities
Participate in workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning efforts
Promote company culture and support employee recognition programs
Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and policy implementation
Requirements
Experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or related field
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Experience managing multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment regulations
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/ATS systems
