We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a contract basis in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to employee relations, HR administration, and other key human resources functions. The ideal candidate will excel in managing HR processes, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Job Responsibility:
Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment
Oversee onboarding procedures to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the organization
Handle HR administration tasks, including employee documentation and compliance with policies
Coordinate benefit functions and provide support for employee inquiries related to benefits
Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee data tracking and reporting
Utilize ADP Enterprise for payroll and other HR-related functions
Prepare and execute employee write-ups and performance documentation
Support the implementation and adherence to company policies and procedures
Collaborate with management to address HR-related challenges and initiatives
Requirements:
Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
Strong knowledge of HR administration processes, including compliance and documentation
Familiarity with onboarding practices and procedures
Experience managing benefit functions and addressing related employee inquiries
Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and data management
Hands-on experience with ADP Enterprise for payroll and HR functions
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and professionalism
