We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable HR Generalist to provide short-term support for a period of 4–6 weeks. This role will assist with a variety of human resources functions and help ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Job Responsibility:
Provide support with employee relations matters, including responding to employee inquiries and assisting with issue resolution
Assist with payroll support activities (no direct payroll processing required)
Support recruitment efforts, including coordinating interviews and assisting with candidate communications
Help facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a positive new hire experience
Provide administrative support for employee benefits, including responding to basic benefits-related questions and assisting with enrollments
Requirements:
Previous experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR support role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
