We’re seeking an HR Generalist to support day‑to‑day human resources operations while serving as a trusted partner to leadership and staff. Job Responsibility:
Support all aspects of HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to policies, procedures, and HR programs
Partner with leadership to support recruiting, interviews, and hiring initiatives
Assist with orientation and onboarding to ensure a positive new‑hire experience
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Support training initiatives, employee engagement efforts, and HR projects
Assist with payroll coordination, audits, and reporting as needed
Requirements:
Experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
A collaborative, approachable, and problem‑solving mindset
