Our client is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to support our manufacturing operations on the contract basis. Job Responsibility:
Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for all team members
Administer benefits programs and support employee inquiries regarding compensation, health insurance, and other benefits
Manage recruitment and hiring processes for hourly and salaried manufacturing roles, including screening candidates and coordinating interviews
Maintain HRIS records, ensure data accuracy, and generate HR reports as needed
Support employee relations by addressing questions, assisting with investigations, and maintaining compliance with company policies and employment laws
Collaborate with management on performance management processes and support employee development initiatives
Assist with coordinating and delivering mandatory compliance trainings
Continuously seek process improvements to enhance HR service delivery
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Generalist (preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment)
Knowledge of HR practices, employment law, benefits administration, and recruitment
Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Adaptability and continuous learning mindset
