Join our team as an HR Generalist and contribute to building a positive and productive workplace. This role offers the opportunity to support a variety of HR functions in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will manage day-to-day HR functions, including employee relations, benefits, and compliance.
Job Responsibility:
Administer employee benefits, FMLA, and leave of absence programs
Conduct onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities
Handle employee relations issues and provide HR guidance to managers
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Manage HRIS data and prepare HR reports for leadership
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
3–5 years of progressive HR experience
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
