Our company is looking for a knowledgeable and proactive HR Generalist to join our Dallas team. This role will support a broad range of human resources functions—including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations—to help build and maintain a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable handling confidential information.
Job Responsibility:
Administer employee onboarding, benefits, and leave programs
Support the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer letters
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS
Assist with performance management initiatives and employee development programs
Contribute to company initiatives related to employee engagement and retention
Help ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Participate in the organization and execution of training sessions and HR projects as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience in HR support or generalist roles preferred
Solid understanding of benefit administration, recruitment, HRIS, and employee onboarding
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems
High school diploma or equivalent required
