On behalf our our well established service based Vancouver client we are looking for an HR Generalist to support their team. Based at their Corporate Office in Vancouver, BC, this full-time role provides full-cycle HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding, while ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and compliance within HR systems including our HRIS. In this role you will focus on what matters most: coaching managers, handling complex employee relations, driving data integrity, and building a thriving workplace culture. This position operates on a hybrid work model of four days in-office and one day remote each week.

Requirements
4+ years of progressive HR Generalist/Advisor experience, ideally within a corporate or fast-paced environment
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
High emotional intelligence, exceptional conflict resolution skills, and the ability to build trust quickly with stakeholders at all levels
