The HR Generalist will support day-to-day human resources operations and play a key role in creating a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace. This position works closely with leadership and employees to deliver effective HR programs and ensure best practices across the employee lifecycle.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
Administer new hire orientation and offboarding processes
Assist with employee relations matters, performance management, and coaching
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
Support benefits administration and open enrollment activities
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Assist with training initiatives, engagement efforts, and HR projects
Partner with management to support a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
2–5 years of HR Generalist or related HR experience
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
