Job Description

As HR Generalist Intern, you will be responsible for supporting in deploy all Corporate HR processes in the area of the organization you are assigned to.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the correct development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, according to Group HR guidelines and local rules
  • Support the senior of the team in HR activities management in one of our Plant (training and on-boarding for blue collars, relationship with staff agencies, employee communications)
  • Participate in the following processes: training, recruiting, compensation & benefit, labour cost management, organizational aspects, employee communications
  • Work on the Performance Management Process: annual review, HR mapping, succession tables
  • Monitoring on a monthly basis labor costs, benefits and personnel-related costs, produce analysis on labor costs divided for Countries and different clusters of population

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, with a brilliant academic career and interest for Human Resources topics
  • Analytical skills and proactive problem solving, together with flexibility and initiative
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and fluency in English
  • Communicative, empathetic, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organization and execution skills, passionate about people
