Job Description:

As HR Generalist Intern, you will be responsible for supporting in deploy all Corporate HR processes in the area of the organization you are assigned to.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the correct development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, according to Group HR guidelines and local rules
  • Participate in the following processes: training, compensation & benefit, labour cost management, organizational aspects, employee communications in relation with the centers of expertise at Corporate level
  • Work on HR budgets and forecast processes
  • Guarantee the correct update of the reporting in particular related to headcounts and labor cost for Italian and foreign employees of the Group
  • Monitoring on a monthly basis labor costs, benefits and personnel-related costs, produce analysis on labor costs divided for Countries and different clusters of population
  • Work on the Performance Management Process: annual review, HR mapping, succession tables

Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics, with a brilliant academic career and interest for Human Resources topics
  • Analytical skills and proactive problem solving, together with flexibility and initiative
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and fluency in English
  • Communicative, empathetic, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organization and execution skills, passionate about people
