Job Responsibility

  • Project management: Support the execution of HR programs and projects that enhance employee experience and operational excellence
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to promote collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Data analysis: Pull and analyze HR reports, integrate insights, and provide clear recommendations using analytics and AI tools. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making
  • Assist in implementing HR processes into the lived experiences of employees, managers, and leaders
  • Champion the practical adoption of AI tools within the HR team

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources, MBA, or related field (graduation date July 2027 or later)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, data analytics, business, statistics, or related discipline
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in academic or professional settings
  • 1+ years of experience in HR related role

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively in a team environment
