We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, focusing on onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and vendor management. Job Responsibility:
Facilitate onboarding processes to create a positive and seamless experience for new employees
Coordinate vendor relationships to support HR functions and contingent workforce management
Administer leave programs, including disability, personal leave, and accommodations, ensuring compliance with regulations
Manage the interactive process for workplace accommodations under ADA guidelines, working closely with employees, managers, and healthcare providers
Develop and update knowledge base resources such as FAQs and self-service tools to enhance employee education
Analyze inquiry trends to identify systemic issues and recommend improvements to HR processes
Handle unemployment claims efficiently while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Maintain and update labor law posters to meet legal requirements and ensure compliance
Support the preparation and delivery of HR-related metrics and reports to improve organizational transparency
Assist with process improvement initiatives to optimize HR operations and enhance employee experiences
Requirements:
Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
Must have Workday and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in human resources
Experience with onboarding, vendor management, and leave administration
Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and propose solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with employees and stakeholders
High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Familiarity with process improvement techniques to enhance HR functions
