Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, focusing on onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and vendor management. Job Responsibility

  • Facilitate onboarding processes to create a positive and seamless experience for new employees
  • Coordinate vendor relationships to support HR functions and contingent workforce management
  • Administer leave programs, including disability, personal leave, and accommodations, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Manage the interactive process for workplace accommodations under ADA guidelines, working closely with employees, managers, and healthcare providers
  • Develop and update knowledge base resources such as FAQs and self-service tools to enhance employee education
  • Analyze inquiry trends to identify systemic issues and recommend improvements to HR processes
  • Handle unemployment claims efficiently while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Maintain and update labor law posters to meet legal requirements and ensure compliance
  • Support the preparation and delivery of HR-related metrics and reports to improve organizational transparency
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives to optimize HR operations and enhance employee experiences

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
  • Must have Workday and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in human resources
  • Experience with onboarding, vendor management, and leave administration
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and propose solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with employees and stakeholders
