Job Description

The HR Generalist will act as a central point of contact for employee inquiries while supporting critical HR processes including payroll, performance management, and succession planning. This individual will leverage technology and data to drive efficiency, accuracy, and informed decision-making.

Job Responsibility

  • Process and support payroll functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
  • Serve as subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors, including system administration, reporting, and troubleshooting
  • Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decisions
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization
  • Support and help administer performance management programs, including goal setting and review cycles
  • Assist with succession planning processes, tracking talent pipelines and organizational readiness
  • Act as point of contact for employee and manager HR-related questions, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and systems
  • Partner with HR leadership to improve processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure data integrity across HR systems and maintain accurate employee records

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience with strong systems exposure
  • Hands-on experience with payroll processing
  • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors (required)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting)
  • Strong experience in HR reporting and analytics
  • Working knowledge of performance management and succession planning processes
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
