Job Responsibility:
Client HR automation and onboarding support
Centralized client employee data management on HRStop
Payroll and statutory compliance coordination
Client onboarding, adoption, and usage support
Client training and process walkthroughs
Client query and issue resolution
HR process documentation and standardization
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or HR support roles
Experience with any ATS or HRMS tools is an added advantage
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Good coordination and multitasking abilities
Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
