Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR information systems
  • Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee questions related to HR policies and procedures
  • Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, posting jobs, and communicating with candidates
  • Help track compliance-related documentation and ensure records are properly maintained

Requirements:
