Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR information systems
  • Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee questions related to HR policies and procedures
  • Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, posting jobs, and communicating with candidates
  • Help track compliance-related documentation and ensure records are properly maintained
  • Assist with performance management processes and other HR programs
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and other documentation as needed
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 1+ years of human resources, administrative, or coordinator experience preferred
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
