Job Responsibility
Oversee compensation and benefits administration which includes liaising with outsourced payroll providers and vendors on payroll related issues and benefits administration
Review annual group insurance policies
Support business forecast, annual budget exercises, salary and bonus figures etc
Reviewing of HR policies and procedures
Support the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle across various employment categories
Partner with internal leadership to provide data-driven insights on human capital decisions
Manage the administration of diverse learning and development programs and new hire integration
Coordinate expatriate management processes including pass applications and mobility logistics
