Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the front-line resource for all employee relations, handling questions with empathy and professionalism
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and HR best practices to ensure organizational consistency and compliance
  • Support recruitment efforts, including screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating onboarding activities
  • Help develop, communicate, and administer policies and procedures, focusing on compliance in a multi-state environment
  • Ensure the organization complies with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Contribute to special HR projects and improvement initiatives as the company scales
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Prepare HR reports, monitor key metrics, and assist in audit processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, I/O Psychology, or related field required
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HR Generalist
  • prior experience in healthcare or multi-site/multi-state organizations is highly desirable
  • Solid understanding of HR concepts, employment law, and best practices
  • Demonstrated success supporting employee relations and managing a high volume of HR inquiries
  • Experience with talent acquisition, recruiting process, and HRIS systems preferred
  • Proactive ownership mentality, results-driven, and dedicated to professional growth
  • Exceptional communication skills, with proven ability to build trust and credibility across all levels
