Job Responsibility
Serve as the front-line resource for all employee relations, handling questions with empathy and professionalism
Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and HR best practices to ensure organizational consistency and compliance
Support recruitment efforts, including screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating onboarding activities
Help develop, communicate, and administer policies and procedures, focusing on compliance in a multi-state environment
Ensure the organization complies with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Contribute to special HR projects and improvement initiatives as the company scales
Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Prepare HR reports, monitor key metrics, and assist in audit processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, I/O Psychology, or related field required
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HR Generalist
prior experience in healthcare or multi-site/multi-state organizations is highly desirable
Solid understanding of HR concepts, employment law, and best practices
Demonstrated success supporting employee relations and managing a high volume of HR inquiries
Experience with talent acquisition, recruiting process, and HRIS systems preferred
Proactive ownership mentality, results-driven, and dedicated to professional growth
Exceptional communication skills, with proven ability to build trust and credibility across all levels
