Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain and manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation, including onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support day-to-day office operations such as supply management, vendor coordination, and general administrative tasks
  • Identify and implement process improvements for smoother administrative workflows
  • Coordinate mandatory safety training sessions, track completion, and manage all related documentation for warehouse access
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and internal company policies
  • Provide daily administrative support to the HR team and collaborate with other departments as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, GA, or administrative operations
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a mature and responsible attitude
  • Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments is a plus
  • Familiarity with HR systems, safety documentation, and office tools is preferred
