Job Responsibility:
Execute end-to-end talent acquisition activities by managing job postings, screening potential candidates, and coordinating the interview life-cycle
Administer the full spectrum of work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring strict adherence to local labour regulations and statutory requirements
Process essential payroll inputs and maintain accurate employee records to ensure timely and error-free monthly compensation cycles
Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding procedures, including the preparation of employment contracts and conducting orientations for new joiners
Manage day-to-day HR operational workflows, acting as a reliable point of contact for internal staff inquiries regarding company policies and benefits
Support the HR department with ad-hoc projects, employee engagement initiatives, and the maintenance of digital personnel databases
Requirements:
Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline
At least 1 year of experience in a human resources or administrative capacity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an aptitude for learning new HR Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll software
Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment
