Job Responsibility:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment including job postings, shortlisting, and onboarding
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
Coordinate training programs and employee engagement initiatives
Support HR-related administrative tasks and reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
