Job Description:

Looking for a dynamic HR Generalist with 2–3 years of experience in blue-collar workforce management. Must have hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR coordination and recruitment for shop floor operations. Will play a key role in employee engagement, grievance handling, manpower planning, and on-ground HR operations.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles
Understand job requirements and work with hiring managers to define candidate profiles
Source candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
Conduct initial interviews (phone/video/in-person) to assess candidate suitability

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in blue-collar workforce management
