Seamless Requisition Management: Ensure timely fulfillment of contingent labor requirements by effectively managing end-to-end workflows and coordinating with hiring managers and suppliers
Invoice Accuracy & Financial Control: Drive high accuracy in supplier invoice validation, ensuring compliance with agreed rate structures, not-to-exceed limits, and contractual terms
Operational Governance: Maintain discipline across tenure tracking, renewals, extensions, and documentation to minimize risk and prevent cost leakage
Program Efficiency: Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve cycle times, transparency, and stakeholder experience
Data-Driven Insights: Deliver accurate reporting and analytics to support workforce decisions, supplier reviews, and leadership governance forums
Requirements:
5–6 years of hands-on experience in contingent workforce operations within IT staffing or HR services environments
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, reconciliation, and operational analytics
Proven experience managing supplier coordination and invoice governance within an MSP/VMS framework
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders confidently and professionally
High attention to detail with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
