Role:HR Executive Core Responsibilities. Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing resumes, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and extending offers. Onboarding & Training: Conduct new hire orientation, facilitate induction programs, and assist in identifying employee training and development needs. Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve workplace conflicts, and manage grievance procedures to maintain a harmonious environment. Compliance & Policies: Enforce HR policies and ensure organizational compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements. Compensation & Payroll: Coordinate with finance to process monthly payroll, manage attendance and leave tracking, and administer employee benefits packages. Performance Management: Support managers during performance appraisal cycles, track goal progress, and assist in compiling evaluation data. Data & Records Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and highly confidential employee records within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
