We are looking for a vibrant, organized, and people-centric HR Executive to join our Talent Management team. In this role, you will be the face of our company for all new hires, ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and engaging transition from candidate to productive team member. Your primary mission is to design, manage, and continuously improve our onboarding, induction, and orientation programs, setting our new employees up for long-term success and fostering a strong sense of belonging from day one.
Job Responsibility
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates after they accept their job offers
Coordinate the collection and verification of employee documents (background checks, degrees, identification, etc.)
Collaborate with IT and Admin teams to ensure hardware, software licenses, desks, and welcome kits are ready before the new hire's start date
Initiate pre-boarding engagement to keep new hires excited and informed leading up to their first day
Lead and facilitate comprehensive orientation sessions, introducing new hires to the company’s culture, mission, values, and policies
Coordinate with department heads to schedule functional and technical training modules
Organize Buddy Programs or mentorship initiatives to help new employees acclimate socially and culturally
Ensure all compliance-related training (e.g., POSH, IT Security) is completed within stipulated timelines
Accurately create and update new hire profiles in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
Manage the digital and physical filing of employment contracts and onboarding paperwork
Coordinate bank account setups and ensure seamless handover to the payroll team
Gather feedback from new hires at the 30, 60, and 90-day marks to measure the effectiveness of the onboarding process
Analyze feedback data to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve the orientation experience
Stay updated on industry best practices to make our onboarding process modern, scalable, and memorable
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR is a plus)
