We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support daily HR activities and help implement HR policies, processes, and initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working with people.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and follow-up
Support new hire onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth induction process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
Coordinate and assist in employee engagement programs, training sessions, and HR events
Provide support in handling employee queries related to attendance, leaves, payroll, and company policies
Assist in HR documentation such as offer letters, experience certificates, and internal memos
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
Generate HR-related reports and support audits when required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
0–1 year of experience in an HR or administrative role (Freshers with internship experience are welcome)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
