Job Description:

The HR Executive will support the HR department in various administrative tasks, assist in organizing company events, handle basic accounting tasks, manage shipments, maintain office supplies, and provide administrative support to C-level employees. The role requires excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office suite.

Job Responsibility:

  • HR Assistance: Support the HR department in various administrative tasks such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and file maintenance
  • Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Financial Administration: Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, PO issuance and petty cash management (if required)
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial transactions
  • Delivery Support: Create and Manage Shipments sent to our clients
  • call required information and access will be provided
  • Create and Maintain Delivery Order register for our clients and co-ordinate with sales team on the same
  • Office Management: Be the People Ops manager for the location
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary, as per company policy
  • Coordinate with building management for access cards for employees, maintenance, cleaning and repairs requests
  • Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for C level employees
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications and announcements via email
  • Be the to go person for administrative needs from Global front (USA, Singapore, Canada and India)
  • Document Management: Manage and organize company documents, files, and records both electronically and physically for India operations
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information and documents

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field preferred
  • Proven minimum 2+ years’ experience as an Administrator or similar role in a corporate environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and basic IT tools
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Reliable, well-organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a high energy, start-up-based environment
