The Opportunity We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Contractor with 2–4 years of experience to join our People Team. This role is essential in providing high-quality support for ourUS-based employee population and maintaining the "source of truth" for our personnel data during an exciting period of organizational growth. Job Responsibility:
Employee Lifecycle Management: Execute and audit US-focused onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all system records are updated immediately
Data Integrity: Maintain and audit personnel records within our HRIS (BambooHR), ensuring that all organizational changes are reflected accurately
System Synchronization: Monitor and validate the flow of data from and to BambooHR by ensuring and maintaining 100% alignment across systems
HR Ticket Management: Act as the primary gatekeeper for the HR Service Desk, triaging incoming inquiries with speed and professionalism
Issue Resolution: Resolve tier-1 inquiries regarding system access, benefits, and onboarding workflows, escalating complex cases to the appropriate People Tech stewards or regional leads
Onboarding Coordination: Manage the ServiceNow onboarding request form, coordinating with IT and hiring managers to ensure hardware and software provisioning is completed on schedule
Data validation: Support the People teams by assisting with data validation and bulk record updates
SOP Maintenance: Contribute to the refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent, compliant processes across the People Team
Requirements:
2-4 years of dedicated experience in HR Operations, specifically supporting a US-based workforce
Familiar with ticketing systems and HRIS platforms is mandatory
Advanced knowledge for Microsoft Excel
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot data discrepancies across multiple platforms
Ability to reframe complex HR processes into simple, action-oriented responses for employees
