We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. The role requires strong communication skills in Hindi and English, coordination with employees across regions, and efficient handling of HR processes.
Job Responsibility:
Handle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups
Manage employee onboarding and induction processes
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports
Coordinate employee communication and engagement initiatives
Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance
Address employee queries and provide HR operational support
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as required
Requirements:
Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken & written)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
