Job Description:

Our client is a private investment holding company with diverse interests. They are currently looking for a HR Executive to join the HR department. You will be overseeing the full spectrum of hr functions in the company.

Job Responsibility:

Monitor, maintain and update HR database and employee personal files
Manage the preparation and processing of payroll data accurately with timely submission
Assist in administration of the performance appraisal, bonus and salary review exercise
Liaise with recruitment partners to fulfil Group’s recruitment needs
Assist in providing sound HR advice and recommendations to management and employees

Requirements:

5 years of relevant experience
