Job Description:

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, with a strong focus on recruitment, payroll, employee engagement and compensation & benefits administration.

Job Responsibility:

Being the primary point of contact for employee inquiries
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer management and onboarding
Payroll processing, which includes new hires, terminations, OT computations, commissions and employee claims
Preparation and submission of income tax clearance (IR21) for work pass holders
Supporting the performance management processes and providing input on disciplinary issues
Preparation of salary proposals for newly hired employees

Requirements:

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in consumer/retail industries
Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and tax laws
In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
