Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Learning & Development Executive to join our HR team. This role is responsible for supporting the design, coordination, and delivery of training initiatives that enhance employee skills, engagement, and performance across the organization. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs, organize development programs, and help foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the development and implementation of learning and development strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives
  • Coordinate and manage training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions
  • Identify training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and regular consultation with line managers
  • Assist in developing learning materials, e-learning modules, and blended learning solutions
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and prepare post-training reports
  • Manage the L&D calendar, track attendance, and maintain accurate training records
  • Research and recommend new learning tools, methods, and technologies to enhance employee development
  • Collaborate with external training providers and manage vendor relationships
  • Support employer branding initiatives related to employee growth and talent development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or HR-related roles
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
