We are seeking an execution-driven HR Excellence Director to lead and optimize core HR processes across the organization. This role is responsible for driving company-wide HR cycles, including performance reviews, compensation reviews, and cross-company processes, while also leading organizational development programs and learning initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate combines a strong HR mindset, excellent project management capabilities, a data-driven approach, and proven experience in leading teams and large-scale HR processes in a global environment. Temporary position until Feb/ Mar 2027.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and own company-wide HR processes, including compensation reviews, performance review and such
  • Design and implement cross-organizational programs, including leadership development initiatives
  • Drive operational excellence by improving, scaling, and standardizing HR processes using data-driven insights
  • Partner with senior leadership, HR team and cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic business priorities
  • Ensure compliance and support internal and external audits, maintaining alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR operations, HR excellence, or organizational development
  • Proven experience managing a team (minimum 3 years required)
  • Demonstrated experience leading company-wide HR processes such as performance reviews, compensation cycles
  • Strong project management and execution skills in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
