Our client, a Texas based healthcare provider based in North Austin, TX, is seeking a HR Employees and Benefits Specialist to analyze market trends, design and administer compensation structures, and manage comprehensive benefits programs including open enrollment. This role partners closely with HR leadership and managers to support pay decisions, job evaluations, and benefits utilization while ensuring regulatory compliance. The position operates in a business-casual, office-based environment and supports organizational growth through data-driven HR practices. This is a direct hire position that works a standard 9AM-5PM schedule, Monday-Friday.
Job Responsibility:
Analyze market trends and salary data to ensure competitive compensation programs
Design and implement compensation and benefits programs aligned with organizational goals
Lead and administer the annual open enrollment process end-to-end
Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims
Partner with HR Business Partners and managers on compensation and benefits guidance
Develop and maintain job descriptions, salary structures, and job evaluation systems
Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Participate in salary surveys, benchmarking, and regulatory audits
Support payroll processing, benefits enrollment, reporting, and HR initiatives
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years experience in compensation analysis
Minimum 3+ years experience in benefits administration, including open enrollment
Proven experience with job analysis, market pricing, and job evaluation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to clearly communicate compensation and benefits information
Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within HR teams
