Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR (Heavy Rigid) Truck Driver for an immediate start with our client, a well-established company specializing in beverage transport and distribution. This is an ongoing, multi-drop delivery position based in Heathwood, QLD.

Job Responsibility

  • Transporting and delivering beer kegs and cartons to various pubs, bottle shops, and venues across the Brisbane area
  • Multi-drop deliveries
  • Pre-start checks
  • Securing loads
  • Essential manual handling of kegs and cartons

Requirements

  • A current and valid HR (Heavy Rigid) licence or above
  • Proven experience in a multi-drop environment
  • Physical fitness and comfort with manual handling, as the role involves frequent unloading of cartons and kegs. Candidates must be able to adhere to a safe lifting requirement of up to 30Kg
  • Excellent knowledge of Brisbane roads and the ability to navigate through the city for local deliveries
  • A strong commitment to safety, including the ability to identify correct delivery points and safe unloading spots
