Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR (Heavy Rigid) Truck Driver for an immediate start with our client, a well-established company specializing in beverage transport and distribution. The Role: This is an ongoing, multi-drop delivery position based in Heathwood, QLD, where you will be responsible for transporting and delivering beer kegs and cartons to various pubs, bottle shops, and venues across the Brisbane area. Key Details: Location: Heathwood, QLD; Shift: Day shift, starting at 6:00 am; Hours: Full-time hours with plenty of overtime available; Duties: Multi-drop deliveries, pre-start checks, securing loads, and essential manual handling of kegs and cartons.

Requirements:

  • A current and valid HR (Heavy Rigid) licence or above
  • Proven experience in a multi-drop environment
  • Physical fitness and comfort with manual handling, as the role involves frequent unloading of cartons and kegs. Candidates must be able to adhere to a safe lifting requirement of up to 30Kg
  • Excellent knowledge of Brisbane roads and the ability to navigate through the city for local deliveries
  • A strong commitment to safety, including the ability to identify correct delivery points and safe unloading spots
  • 1 year experience
  • Valid HR Licence
  • Valid Work Rights
  • Secondary School/High School
