Getting Hands-On: This is an active role—expect loading, restraining goods, and some physical manual handling. Maintenance Pro: Keeping your rig in top shape with pre-trip inspections. Staying Sharp: Maintaining logbooks and delivering top-tier customer service. What You Need in Your Kit The Ticket: A current MC, HC, or HR Licence (minimum 12 months experience). The Paperwork: You must have a Current Driver History Report and a National Police Clearance ready to go. Safety First: Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screen (plus random testing). Physicality: A high level of fitness and a 'can-do' attitude toward manual labour.
