Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources within our organization in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role requires an experienced, detail-oriented individual who can drive strategic initiatives, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Lead and manage employee relations initiatives to promote a supportive and inclusive workplace
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of experience in human resources leadership roles
  • Proven expertise in employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with workforce planning and talent management
  • Proficiency in analyzing HR metrics and reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
