We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources operations within our organization based in Fresno, California. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with HR policies while ensuring alignment with company goals. Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with organizational objectives
Oversee employee relations programs, ensuring fair and consistent handling of workplace issues
Manage benefits administration, including selection, communication, and compliance with regulatory requirements
Lead compensation planning and ensure competitive packages that attract and retain top talent
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, updating policies as needed
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Conduct regular evaluations of HR programs to identify areas for improvement and innovation
Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals
Drive efforts to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture
Monitor and manage HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR operations
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably as an HR Director or similar position
Strong knowledge of employee relations, benefits administration, and compensation planning
Familiarity with HR compliance and employment laws
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Strategic thinking with the capacity to align HR practices with business objectives
Proficiency in HR software and systems
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
