Job Responsibility:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies, as well as driving the entire employee journey from recruitment to offboarding, including performance management, Comp & Ben, and payroll
  • Collaborating closely with business leaders to provide strategic guidance and HR solutions that meet business needs
  • Ensuring compliance with Danish labor laws and managing employee relations to maintain a productive and inclusive work environment
  • Leading your HR team, facilitating internal cultural and leadership training, and driving initiatives that strengthen employee engagement

Requirements:

  • Solid experience from an HR Manager or HR Business Partner role, preferably within the logistics, transport, or FMCG industry
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of Danish labor laws, legislation, and various collective agreements
  • The ability to think strategically and analyze HR data, along with documented experience in driving and implementing HR initiatives
  • Fluency in English and Danish, both written and spoken
