Job Responsibility:
Developing and implementing HR strategies, as well as driving the entire employee journey from recruitment to offboarding, including performance management, Comp & Ben, and payroll
Collaborating closely with business leaders to provide strategic guidance and HR solutions that meet business needs
Ensuring compliance with Danish labor laws and managing employee relations to maintain a productive and inclusive work environment
Leading your HR team, facilitating internal cultural and leadership training, and driving initiatives that strengthen employee engagement
Requirements:
Solid experience from an HR Manager or HR Business Partner role, preferably within the logistics, transport, or FMCG industry
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
In-depth knowledge of Danish labor laws, legislation, and various collective agreements
The ability to think strategically and analyze HR data, along with documented experience in driving and implementing HR initiatives
Fluency in English and Danish, both written and spoken
