Job Responsibility:
Support our people managers and team members as a Business Partner across our organisation, advising them on the daily management of their teams
Develop, deploy and optimize our HR processes and initiatives to align them with our business objectives
Oversee HR operations managed by our HR Generalist, reporting to you, ensuring HR processes are run smoothly and guarantee HR compliance, in accordance with local regulations
Coordinate and contribute to the onboarding and offboarding of new team members
Stay up to date with HR market best practices and find innovative ways to enhance the excellence of the HR function (Talent Management, Employer Brand, Career path)
Take care of HR legal matters
Support organizational changes in partnership with managers and by anticipating the HR impacts and needs related to organizational transformations
