We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources within our organization. This role requires a dynamic, detail-oriented individual who can provide strategic direction, operational leadership, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and workforce needs
Lead workforce planning efforts, including talent forecasting and organizational design
Provide guidance to senior leadership on HR trends, challenges, and opportunities
Manage employee relations processes, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions
Promote a culture of engagement through recognition programs and effective communication strategies
Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent
Design onboarding programs aimed at improving early employee retention and readiness
Direct performance management initiatives, including reviews and leadership development
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations through proactive policy management and audits
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across all levels of the organization
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior leadership effectively
Strong expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Experience in managing compensation, benefits, and compliance initiatives
Demonstrated commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Master’s degree or HR certification preferred
