Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced HR Director to lead human resources operations and partner with leadership on talent strategy, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development. This role is ideal for a senior HR professional who can balance high-level planning with hands-on leadership across core HR functions.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and oversee daily HR operations, policies, and programs
Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and talent strategy
Drive employee relations, performance management, and organizational development initiatives
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies
Oversee compensation, benefits, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
Mentor and develop HR team members while improving HR systems and processes
Use HR data and reporting to support business decisions and strategic planning
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
advanced degree preferred
5-8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility
Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
Experience leading employee relations, performance management, and talent initiatives
Strong communication, leadership, and strategic problem-solving skills
Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday preferred
