Job Responsibility:
oversee day-to-day HR operations in the U.S., including employee relations, benefits, and recruiting
contributing to global HR initiatives
helping shape the firm’s people strategy
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, required
8+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong generalist expertise, required
Experience overseeing benefits programs, including vendor management and plan evaluation, required
global exposure is a plus
Prior experience within professional services environments (e.g., consulting, law firms, financial services), required
Demonstrated experience handling employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion
Exposure to recruiting and talent acquisition processes
Strong executive presence with the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders
Highly adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a lean, evolving environment
Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor
