Job Responsibility
Reviewing, harmonizing, and streamlining legacy campus policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and the comprehensive employee handbook
Serving as the ultimate authority on Malaysian Labor Law, managing employee grievances, conducting Domestic Inquiries (DIs), and protecting the institution from legal and regulatory exposure
Overseeing complex academic credentials tracking, Ministry of Education (MOE) regulatory alignment, and Expatriate Services Division (ESD) visa/passport workflows for foreign faculty
Managing end-to-end recruitment pipelines, workforce planning, and implementing balanced performance evaluation metrics across a dual corporate and academic workforce structure
