We're partnered with an industry-leading medical device company just North and West of Philadelphia, entering a major growth phase. They are looking for a hands-on HR leader who can build and shape an organization. This is a true seat at the table with the CEO. You'll define the people strategy, upgrade talent, and install a high-performance culture that actually drives results.
Job Responsibility:
Define an HR strategy aligned to the company's growth, margin, and execution objectives
Translate strategic priorities into clear talent plans (hiring, development, succession)
Partner with the CEO and leadership team to embed consistent expectations around performance, accountability, and development
Design and maintain practical tools for hiring, performance reviews, feedback, and succession planning that support speed and clarity
Lead execution of core HR processes: recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance
Support post-acquisition integration by standardizing HR practices while respecting local realities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Master's degree a plus
7+ years leading HR across multiple sites or functions
Experience supporting growth, organizational change, and leadership teams
Practical knowledge of HR systems, employment law, and compliance.
