We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead and oversee key human resources functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with organizational objectives
Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment and addressing concerns effectively
Manage benefits programs, including health, retirement, and other employee offerings, to ensure compliance and employee satisfaction
Administer compensation structures and ensure alignment with market standards and internal equity
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Provide guidance and support to management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Lead efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decision-making
Oversee HR administrative functions, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in processes
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, with expertise in employee relations, benefits, and compliance
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels
Proficiency in managing compensation and benefits programs, including compliance requirements
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset
Experience in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
